Old school #ChooseYourOwnAdventure, translated and published by Timun Mas.
The book itself is 'Escape,' originally CYOA #20 by R. A. Montgomery, one of the co-creators of the series, but in Spain it became #13.
The original 1979–1998 run spanned 185 books, with this Spanish publisher translating around 50%, totaling 90 #gamebooks.
'Escape' and its sequel, 'Beyond Escape,' were both revised and republished when Chooseco brought back the #CYOA series in 2005.

I'm only just now learning about this book and I wish I could get a copy to hold.
I want to try recreating it in obsidian with interlinking connects to map out in the graph view too 😂 I'm holding off on looking at the spoilers in case I managed to find a copy somewhere soon... ish.

I’ll always love the classic #CYOA approach: why say "You die" in one sentence when you can stretch the existential dread across multiple paragraphs? Much more kid-friendly! 💀🌵
Just found these two #ChooseYourOwnAdventure rereleases at Half Price Books!
🐍 'Lost on the Amazon' was originally #24 (1983), now #9 after a 2005 republish.
🌎 'Trouble on Planet Earth' was #29 (1984), now #11.
Excited to revisit these classics! #Gamebooks #CYOA
