So here's an idea for a campaign. Reverse Isekai: you were a fantasy hero who "died", but instead of the afterlife you were expecting, you appear in the modern world. You retain your "class abilities" and whatever.

Does anyone know of any games that scratch the same itch as classic EQ?
I mean 3rd Person Fantasy MMO with a clunky UI and movement done with the Numpad. Like, the good old days of really clunky gaming!

I'm craving another City Builder game.
But not like #CitiesSkylines, because it actually felt a bit tedious: stupid traffic AI, broken economics, grindy road building.
I'd rather do "city policy", if that's a thing. And the roads etc just grow "organically" and maybe I get to nudge things in the right direction. Maybe City Management (instead of -Builder) would be a better category...
