Who pays the billions for the damage?
Damages.

BC taxpayers, farmers, business, mostly taxpayers, lost 11 billion to one storm. A warning storm. It's just a warning.

The gig where my puck is from, apparently they didn’t even organize any collection points for recycling.

Blows my mind to think that there’s like several tens of thousands of these things getting tossed to trash after a gig.
