Question: What are the drive-space consequences when turning on ActivityPub on Self-Hosted Wordpress sites?
Will it fill up the shared webhosting account's allotted hard/ssd-drive space when following some fixed or approximate number of active accounts?

Fedi{Press}SkyInteressant. Ich habe nun mal versuchsweise das Friends Plugin deaktiviert und siehe da, der Block „Folge mir im Fediverse wird nun korrekt dargestellt. Mal schauen ob es auch für das Problem des Fedi Blogprofils verantwortlich war.
Das Problem mit dem Blog Profil konnte ich heute nicht lösen. So habe ich es dann erst mal abgeschaltet. Ich betreibe den Blog ja alleine, von daher reicht ja auch das Autorenprofil. Nerven tuts mich trotzdem, warum das nicht funktioniert.
Das Zweite was mir dann heute aufgefallen ist, dass der Block „Folge mir im Fediverse“ nicht funktioniert. Im Gutenberg schaut der Block so aus:

Das gehört wohl zum Friends Plugin. Mache aber für heute mal Schluss, da mir schon die Synapsen glühen.
Vielleicht weiß ja jemensch Rat.
MattHunting the 403 error – part 1
One of the bugs I am hunting is a 403 error on a request to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. This bug affects only the Friends plugin as far as I can tell. Two sites are affected.
Things I have tried:
- Deactivating all other plugins. Nope
- Removing server-side optimisations. Nope Not using them
- Contact host technical support Nope
- Hosting checked their logs they found some generic PHP errors that could be related but no 403s that matched my IP or testing periods.
- Messaged the plugin author. Pending
- Write this post and try to think of something else to try …
