Given the recent developments in #Trump-ruled #USA and espechally #Minneapolis ( #Minnesota) I'm woundering if @Bundesregierung / @AuswaertigesAmt / @[email protected] would actually investigate cases of #ForcedDisappearance and other #CrimesAgainstHumanity and #WarCrimes committed by the #AmericanGestapo aka. #ICE / #DHS / #CPB and commit itself to protecting withnesses.

• Cuz clearly there have been enough violations of said law, and last time I checked those have neither Statute Of Limitations nor does it exclude the #USA in any shape or form. (Unlike the #CrimeOfAggression - as of writing!)

If #Germany's Government can't be assed to #protect those fleeing the #fascist #MAGA regime, then I'd question the commitment to the constitution and it's values aka. oath and allegiance of said Goveernment.

• This is the #LitmusTest for #Justice and the #FreeAndDemocraticOrder. And I do expect the seriousness of the situation to be understood.

Cuz there may be some folks willing to testify under oath if they're being given protection and anonymity...
