Upon receipt of a complaint takedown notice, a service provider must respond expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of the infringing activity. If a service provider fails to do so, it may lose its safe harbor protection and be subject to an infringement suit. @fsinn I mean, there are lots of valid reasons to be pissed off re: Tehran's politics, but bombing them only affirms their belief (based off the events re: #Ukraine, #Libya and #NorthKorea) that the only way to be taken serious and given proper negotiations is to get #nukes, as #NuclearDeterrence is evidently the one thing that keeps the #USA (or any #UN #VetoPower for that matter) from invading but proper #Negotiations instead.
