"Red Foxing Hood" was the first character concept I decided on for #FoxHaunt.
When drawing her I wanted her to look somewhat wolf-like, which is why I gave her brown hair.
In earlier designs of #FoxHaunt I had the stats in a menu. After some playtesting I realised that it was important for the player to know their stats, so I decided to make them always be visible, to help the player make decisions.
The "Teatime Fox" appears.

I finally added health bars to the battle scene in #FoxHaunt.

The goal of #FoxHaunt is to defeat the Celestial Fox, who is the strongest fox spirit.
You can challenge her at any time, but you will need to gain power before you can stand a chance.
One of the major themes of #FoxHaunt is to have feeling of exploration and discovery.
Initially the game is filled with unknowns, but with each attempt you will learn more, and your discoveries will be revealed.
