20201124 ONE MORE DAY Tomorrow is the last day that all donations to Animal Rebellion NL will be doubled. For every 5 euro you donate, we will receive 10! And we need it so hard! All volunteers who are involved with Animal Rebellion, are doing this for free, and all our donations are used for our actions. For your 5 euro we can print posters and flyers, buy paint and materials to make banners, pay for legal costs for rebels who are being arrested (the fines they pay themselves) etc etc. And organizing actions is very necessary. It’s never been as necessary as it is today. We are in the middle of a worldwide crisis. A pandemic. And an ecological crisis. Every year more people die as a result of natural disasters and climate change. Our environment is dying in a terrifying speed, and we only have a few more years to do something about it. To prevent the 6th mass extinction, we will need to reduce our Co2 emissions to net zero by 2025. This won’t be possible with our current foodsystem. We have to start a transition to a plantbased foodsystem. The only foodsystem that is just and sustainable for everyone. We don’t need to expect anything from our government. She doesn’t even try to achieve her own climate goals. So we need to take action ourselves. For the planet, the people and the animals. Will you help us do it? Can you maybe miss 5 euro this week?
