C.Whole lot of #USA #progressives today with a "How could they!?!?!?" about the #Supreme #Court's ruling the #president couldn't #unilaterally give away half-a-trillion #dollars .
I'm just an ignorant #Canadian, but I've read the US #constitution, and it seems pretty clear to me - the U.S. #Congress has "the power of the purse", not the #presidency .
Seems like this was a #forgone #conclusion, unless you think courts should rule by #feelz rather than by #laws.
