I'm a PhD student at UC Berkeley, working on #InternationalLaw and #CivilProcedure, with particular interests in #Sovereignty, #StateViolence, and #AtrocityCrimes.

Currently writing about #Hobbes, #Spinoza, and the #ForeignSovereignImmunitiesAct (different papers for now) and I'm helping #JustSecurity with a series at #OxfordUniversityPress.
