Really really good and I particularly looooved the beancurd skin in the cucumber salad!
The next dish from The Complete Illustrated Guide to Chinese Cooking by Orathay Souksisavanh was made by Pete for dinner: Hóngshāo Qiézi (braised aubergine).
It's a straightforward recipe with not many ingredients and tastes DELICIOUS. Definitely one to make again!
