Any last pretence of justice in Britain died yesterday, or maybe just became more honest and transparent about it's true purpose; i.e. protecting the empire, wealth and property from the people who actually have a conscience and incredible courage to act on that conscience in an attempt to prevent horrific crimes from being committed by the empire and its loyal servants. ‘[therefore] the court should not allow the crown to use [section 69] as a vehicle for enhancing sentence in circumstances where it has determined that a conviction for the same offence by the jury is unlikely”.’

The #Labour government decided a jury was unlikely to convict the #filton4 of terrorism, so it allowed them to think they were just being tried for criminal damage…then it allowed the judge to sentence them based on it being terrorism.

The justice system is imploding.

‘The activists were acquitted of aggravated burglary at an initial trial in February, by which point they had already spent 18 months in prison on remand, having been found guilty of no crime.

At a retrial in May, a jury convicted the activists of criminal damage, with no knowledge that a terror connection would later be applied by a judge at sentencing.’
