Like just about everyone else I know, I seem to spend a lot of time thinking, reading, and talking about #AI. And, given that I work in fine arts education, it's inevitable I think about how AI affects the arts, and how the arts affect AI.

As part of my work in #ArtsPedagogy, I'm visiting the Netherlands Film Academy in September and have been asked to lead a 2-hour workshop around questions of AI and #FilmEducation and the arts while I'm there.

And so: I've sketched some notes that can become the foundation for such a workshop.

Just got word today that the Norwegian film industry magazine Rush Print will run my essay on AI, film, and imagination sometime within the next week or so. I pretty pleased as that’ll reach pretty much everyone working and interested in film in this country.

I’ve been considering translating it to English when I have the time, but posting the Norwegian version here in the mean time.
