dlundhSo I tried this All to DSD feature on my #Fiio M21 expecting it to do... nothing. So I had clear expectation bias. And... I can't hear any difference. People who 'get it' talk about DSD (SACD) as having a glassy quality. Not only do I not know what that means, I don't hear it. But it certainly drains the battery faster, so there's that... #music

Our example has settled in well on Dismal Maanor wired Ethernet. DHCP and MDNS are supported. Roon discovery and configuration went smoothly.
It did take a little reading to figure out the button and the knob. But, reading done, input protocol and output could be configured.
Playback to Gumby SPDIF and Mimir USB-C has been pristine. #Audio #FIiO #Roon
So far, it has played the Bob Evan record without artifacts. Once I figured out the menu knob and sorted the USB outputs, it made sweet music with Eitr and Gumby.
The SR11 is Roon ready but probably Roon tested. FIiO does not mention if Roon will update the FIiO Roon bridge code.
