Replacement headband for those Fiio EH11 headphones, that already was broken in half.Printed in PETG, flexible enough even for big head and much better than stock headband. Avoid PLA - it is too brittle.My print profile is for A1 with 0.4 nozzle, 0.16mm height, 30%infill. You can print it with your own settings, just dont forget to turn on supports (tree auto is enough).2 versions:1. Wide 12mm headband for more robust and better matching the earcup parts width.2. Stock 10mm width.Replacement guide:1. Unscrew two little screws in headband caps, shown on photo. PH000 or even PH0000 bit needed.2. Carefully open caps (pry from the end, where the screw located)3. Peel off the cable from headband. You can heat up the cable slightly with hairdryer, but i didnt. Just slowly pull the cable, the adhesive used is rather weak.4. Remove rubber stops from the ends of metal rails - there are small cuts from one side. Be careful - rubber is very soft and can be easily split in half.5. Now the last and a little complicated step. Metal rails have bumps near the rubber stops, which prevent rail from being pulled out from headband. You can broke already broken headband in pieces to pull rails out, or you can heat up them carefully (i used adjustable turbo lighter) and then pull out easily.Yeah, and Snowsky Disc case on photo (which i definitely recommend) - also from Makerworld, created by @Zilcho
