I certainly like the idea of protests. But I have my concerns about holding them on a Wednesday.
Working people will be far less likely to attend, meaning a majority of protesters will be college-age or retired. If you really want to "flood the streets of state capitols," then gather on a weekend afternoon/evening. Many folks need a full half-day just to drive to their capitol.
If there is anything suspicious, it's that the Right needs an excuse to shut down public assembly right now. The best way to do that would be to have a young-majority, angry protestors, without experienced leadership around to guide them and keep things peaceful.
The Right might be planting agents of chaos in our midst, to start violence and/or damage property.
BE ON THE LOOKOUT for agents of chaos, and point them out to those around you, maybe even to police. KEEP IT PEACEFUL.
