So here you go: enjoy a bridge and old stuff. 💛🤩

Woooohoooo, it’s a … uh … 🤷♀️
My featured photos on the iPad contained amazing landscapes, a cute little puffin, and this one.
I hope you like my pick. 😇 Enjoy.
I would cuddle these horses to promote my amazing Valentine day plan (💔), but well, I am scared of horses… 🤫
But they are really cute 😊

For posting this featured photo on my iPad, I would normally use the hashtag landscape photography, but an annoying little guy is messing up the photo. 🤭

My iPad reminded me of our massive 😉 solar ☀️ eclipse in the Netherlands in March 2025.
Yes, this is the sun. You’d probably believed me too if I had said that this is the moon.
I don’t have a cat, so here is something else fluffy for this Caturday…

Iceland, boats near Stykkishólmur in March 2020.
For some reason, the beautiful town did not resonate with me. So I have to give it a second chance.
Which is by the way also an excuse to go again…and again….and again… Right? 😇

Pedro Moreira, found on Instagram as @pedroxmoreira, is a self-taught photographer based in Portugal. Moreira has had his work published on covers, in books, and circulated through newspapers and magazines. On this photo of a sculpture that pays homage to shipwrecked fisherman Vila do Conde, Moreira noticed “the long and dense shadows created a dramatic effect” to his liking. “Despite having only my mobile phone, I got the photo in which even the sun's flare on the lens created a surprising visual effect,” he said.
Mark Andre is an architectural designer and landscape photographer based in Washington, D.C. whose work can be seen on Instagram as @markalanandre. Andre said that his background as an architect “heavily influences the clear structure” of his photography.
Fabio Mirulla, or @fabiomirullaphotographer on Instagram, is a wedding photographer and Canon Ambassador based in Tuscany.“This photo is part of an amazing wedding that I loved to shoot since the first moment,” he told PetaPixel. “Great couples give me the chance to do one of the things that I love about my work, experimenting, that's what happened during this shoot thanks also to a great friend of mine.” Mirulla used the Canon EOS R5 and 35mm f/1.4L II to capture this image.
Tom Shlesinger, known as @tom_shlesinger on Instagram, is an underwater photographer and marine ecologist (Ph.D.) who studies coral-reef ecosystems. Shlesinger has been diving since he was six years old and is fascinated with the diversity of lifeforms in the sea and their function, behavior, colors, shapes, and patterns. This particular image titled “Goliath in Lilliput” shows a Goliath grouper surrounded by cigar minnows. “To give a sense of movement, I used a relatively long exposure, creating motion blur, and waited for a Goliath to ‘emerge’ out of the school,” Shlesinger said.
“Decades ago, following severe population declines of the Atlantic Goliath grouper, its fishing in Florida, where they aggregate to reproduce, got banned. Now, there are new plans to allow its fishing and, hopefully, such decisions will not put the groupers’ future in danger once again.”
Damian Shields specializes in images of his home Scottish landscape and can be found on Instagram as @damianshieldsdotcom. Telling the story of this photo “Loch Rusky,” Shields told PetaPixel he was driving across the backroads of the Trossachs region. “I became increasingly transfixed by the thick mist that had begun to envelop the land around me, especially the passing woodland's transformation into otherworldly scenes of atmospheric intrigue. Pulling over and grabbing my camera bag, I ventured down to the banks of the little loch where I spied this gently curving pine branch dipped to the surface of the serene waters as if to take a sip. The silent pines standing tall in the receding fog completed the composition.”
When not out shooting the landscape, he is deputy picture editor for The Herald & Times group in Glasgow.

Andrew Morse, found on Instagram as @andrew.p.morse, is a landscape photographer based out of Ontario, Canada. Morse told PetaPixel that he “craves” bad weather “to really see landscapes at their most unique and dramatic.” Speaking about this specific image, he said it was “one of those times when days of constant rain finally broke, making way for some amazing conditions.”
Jeff Carpenter is a commercial portrait and headshot photographer based out of Nashville, Tennessee and can be found on Instagram under his business name @readylightmedia. Also working as a photography educator, Carpenter said his main goal is “to teach the fundamentals of photography and lighting, allowing photographers to absorb information and apply it to their style of shooting.”
Antonio Valente, known as @valens.85 on Instagram, is an Italian landscape photographer living in Switzerland. Having started taking landscape photos two years ago, Valente said that there are many hidden corners of Switzerland that are largely unexplored photographically.
Kathrin Werner, or @kathrin.werner.photo on Instagram, is a beauty and product photographer based in London with a studio in Kentish Town. On this image, Werner told PetaPixel it was “part of a shoot inspired by autumn and its colors.” In order to compliment the model’s blue eyes, the orange-red eyeshadow was used. “A variation of 'clamshell' lighting makes the eyes pop even more,” she added.
Werner has been published in magazines such as L’Officiel Lithuania, Cable Magazine, and Mode Magazine China and worked with brands like John Lewis, Boden, and Donata Davidoff.
Gary Atkins is a U.K.-based woodland photographer based in Kent and can be found on Instagram as @garyatkins_photography. Talking about this image, Atkins recalled that it was taken just as the forest colors were beginning to change. “When you have rows of pines in sight it’s hard to not make an image work,” he said. “The only obstacle I had was balancing the scene and separating the pines as you want to have some sort of guidance through to the light in the distance.”

Daniel Mosessohn, known as @mosess.portraits on Instagram, is a portrait photographer based in Bucharest, Romania. Mosessohn told PetaPixel that the most important thing in portrait photography is “establishing a connection.” He added that getting to know his subjects allows for him to “bring out the emotions they want to show.”
Tim Demski, or simply @timdemski on Instagram, is a highly-talented wedding photographer based out of Poland. For his wedding photography, Demski prefers working candidly. “I try to create unique photographs without the use of any Photoshop whatsoever,” he said about working on his special projects.
Aleksey Puchkovsky, or @puchkovsky.photo on Instagram, is a studio portrait photographer based in Saint Petersburg, Russia. His portrait work is characterized by the striking use of black-and-white images with dramatic lighting that makes his subjects pop off of the dark backgrounds. Puchkovsky’s work has earned him Top 100 in the Russian Photo Awards and “Best” placement in the 35AWARDS.
Mark Leader is a British fine art photographer and can be found on Instagram as @mark_leader. Leader said that he will “often employ the use of long exposure photography which helps to portray a surreal, dreamy feel to an image.” A fan of the whole photographic process, he enjoys researching locations, planning photos, post-processing creativity, and sharing his work with others.
Tom Broxup is a 33-year-old wildlife photographer from York, North Yorkshire, UK, and can be found on Instagram as @tombroxup_wildlife_uk. Broxup told PetaPixel that he has been “obsessed with wildlife, especially birds” since he was a child and that this calling has “evolved into a passion for capturing images of the amazing creatures that inhabit the UK.”
On this particular photo, he said that it was taken at a nature reserve that he has visited since he was young. “I was aware there was a nesting pair of barn owls in this tree but also knew they were very nocturnal,” Broxup said. “A clear evening following a few days of rain means that the owls will be hungry as they struggle to hunt in the rain due to their feathers not being waterproof.” As an experienced wildlife photographer, Broxup chooses to wait until the first evening or early morning after the rain stops. “In this case, the two young owls came to the edge of the tree hollow to call for the adults to bring them some much-needed food just as the last rays of the day's sun pushed through the clouds.”
Rutvik Katuri, or @rutvikkaturi on Instagram, is a beauty and fashion photographer with roots in India and the United States and is currently based in New York. His work has been featured in Harpers Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, L’Officiel, and Maxim and has earned him over 50 awards from all the top competitions. This particular photo was from an editorial photoshoot with Amber Abara that ran as the November 2021 cover for STYLÉCRUZE Magazine.
