#FDA is planning a major reorganization of the Office of Regulatory Affairs, precipitated by the #Reagan-Udall Foundation report that suggested the 2022 powdered infant formula was due in part to the design of the Agency. The shortage was caused by the shuttering of one Abbott plant in Michigan.
