A good day's #exercise, heading out for a lunchtime #walk that turned into a 22km #hike up and down the towpath. I *definitely* started flagging after 16km, so it'll be good to try and extend this!

This marks the end of day 2 of my #31day #DailyExercise #HealthyEating #NoBinge challenge, ahead of my operation on April 10th.

A good start to the day! I walked/jogged/ran up and over #Shotover hill, down into #Horspath village, up again into #Wheatley, and back up and over Shotover. Not too muddy at all! #Exercise #WeightLoss #Cardio #FatKnackers #Jogging #Oxford
Over the past 4 weeks I've averaged around 18,500 steps each day, which took me 12km.
That #exercise, along with a very rigid --but not /particularly/ severe-- #diet, has led to the purple graph: a #WeightLoss of 17 pounds.
This data doesn't include the initial 2 weeks, where I expect I lost a whole bunch of "lifestyle change" weight.
A long way still to go ... but I'm getting there, and now I have a /plan/! #Health #Obesity #FatKnackers
