I finally got to see local rap legend, Fantasy A's movie!

🎥 "Fantasy A get's a mattress"

Fantasy A plays himself, a Black autistic Seattle rapper whose known for painstakingly plastering his posters over every inch of town.

All he dreams of is rapping at shows and one day sleeping on a proper mattress.

This movie was funny as hell, but hints at the true reality of Seattle's Black residents.

@pludikovsky @pnpde @pnpat #PbeM ist ja ein ziemlich dehnbarer Begriff. Ich vermute, dass Du „richtige“ Spielrunden mit Fokus auf das Rollenspiel meinst, da muss ich passen. „Play-by-E-Mail“ kann aber auch Aufbauspiel mit Rollenspielanteilen sein, das wäre eher was für das Solospiel. Dann könnte #Fantasya was für Dich sein.

Kennt noch jemand #Quest, das #PostSpiel von Peter Stevens PostSpiele? Die englische Ausgabe trägt das Copyright 1990 KJC Games, die deutsche Anleitung von Peter Stevens ist von 1993/94. PostSpiele wie Quest könnte man als Ur-Urahnen von Play-by-E-Mail wie #Atlantis, #GermanAtlantis, #Eressea und schließlich auch #Fantasya betrachten. #pbem #FantasyaWissen

@thgs Before I started #Lemuria I have been SysAdmin of the #Fantasya server and set up the website. Yes, there is some script that receives incoming emails. These are processed by a CLI command that's part of the Symfony website. Code is also on GitHub (fantasya-pbem). For Fantasya 3 I started a new GH account to have it more separated from the old Fantasya 2 Java code.

@thgs All of #Fantasya 3 that I made from scratch in #PHP is GPL-3 licensed, code is in GitHub (lemuria-pbem).
#Eressea which was an important foundation for Fantasya may be the biggest game in this style that's left nowadays and has also an English website. Game mechanics are similar to Fantasya, but we have gone some steps further (e.g. we have not only plain text reports, but also HTML).

PBeM #Fantasya 3 is a decendant of #Atlantis and #Eressea, started from scratch in 2021 and made with #PHP.
Our world #Lemuria is on the verge to celebrate its 5th birthday when turn 121 starts in a few weeks. #FantasyaWissen

Das Fantasy-Spiel #Fantasya 3 ist ein kostenloses #pbem (Play-by-Email) und damit rundenbasiert. Als Abkömmling von #GermanAtlantis und verwandt mit #Eressea hat dieses Spielprinzip eine lange Tradition, die bis in die frühen 1990er zurückreicht.
In zwei Tagen wird Runde 114 von #Lemuria, der aktuellen Spielwelt ausgewertet. Zeit genug also für Dich, um Deine Partei zu registrieren und mitzumachen!
