My chief regret is not bringing my GoPro so I could get a time-lapse of the trip.

First day of a three day ride from Brisbane to Canberra on my new(ish) #Energica #experia. Arrived in Coffs Harbour. Charged four times, mostly just fifteen or twenty minute charges.

This bike is fantastic. Perfectly happy to cruise along at any speed. Quiet. No problem charging. Just an absolutely rock solid experience.

My new #Energica #Experia will arrive within the couple of weeks: it's the longest-range electric #motorcycle on the market, with 170 miles of range and 40-minute recharge times.

The 40% discount was nice, but I'd rather have paid the full amount to a healthy company vs purchasing it from a company bankrupted by a fraudulent investment company.

What am I grateful for? For talking with the guy who I want to service my #Energica #Experia and finding out that he is the son of an old friend and former work colleague. I kind of guessed because the son has a pretty unusual first name, but it's rash to assume a connection just on that. But he'd sat on my previous (self-made) electric motorbike, and we remembered that.
