Tried out this excelsa coffee from mooleh manay estate; roasted by subko roasters. The brewed coffee smells brine-like. Taste is a tiny bit of upfront bitterness followed by a lingering acidic tart sweetness.

Trying the excelsa naturals from rossette coffee lab. Has a syrupy mouthfeel and some floral stuff in the smell and taste. There is also a pleasant general fruity acidity that lingers.

Trying out the yeast excelsa naturals from rossette coffee lab. Tastes like lychee to me primarily, with a hint of fermentation. There is also some floral, perfume like stuff going on but it doesn't register on my limited pallete.
