First, this will certainly be appealed. So this isn't over by a long shot.

Second, this was specifically about the Google Play Store and Google Play Billing, and will very likely not impact much outside of that realm of their business.

I'm not playing sides, since companies on both sides would gladly switch sides and play each other roles.
