Been on Netflix for nearly a year and I forgot it was there. How annoying. I loved this. It obviously takes an animation inspiration from the Spider-Verse, but does go into it's own thing. The romantic comedy storyline feels modern, and the film has a great voice cast with Kid Cudi also providing an excellent soundtrack. Excellent.

I'm a big fan of adult animation -- Spine of Night, Heavy Metal, Fire and Ice, etc. -- and frequently seek out new stuff for casual (stoned) viewing. Most of my favorites are in the sci-fi or fantasy genres, so I didn't know if I'd enjoy a straight-up modern romance.
