...if ya havent done so already, now is the ripe time to teach your kiddos, NOT2comply, how to escape, and set up an #emergency "flight" plan that includes the kids knowing how to find back exits and fleeing...as well as setting up #safezones for all members to escape to, and a "what2do" if members of the family/group get abducted.

@TheGymNerd does it make sense to have several accounts located in different countries and continents?

Can the fediverse work in a peer-to-peer architecture where a single device connected to the Internet can act as a relay server?

The radio receiver is among the items in the survival kit. Still, radio is a one-way communication pattern. And a filtered one.

I remember youth protests in the early 2000s making use of BlackBerry devices this way.

The #EU will soon issue recommendations about a survival kit allowing people to be autonomous for 72h. I figured I should buy a power station and small portable solar panels before prices spike. So I did.
And then I thought, since I am out of social media non-fediversed, what if the 2 instances I use run out of power? Which contingency plan would you recommend to stay connected to the rest of the world?
