Shorter Justice Mosley: The threshold for invoking the #EmergencyAct to prevent the #convoy from escalating its occupation into the summer as its organizers intended was not met because the government invoked the Act in February.

P.S. This is a companion to my similar judgement on the #robocalls court case where I determined that electoral fraud had indeed happened in the cases presented but as it didn't affect the final outcome of the election, nothing needed to be done about it.
