Some post #COP27 thoughts on the new (but yet quite undefined) #lossanddamagefund.

As 24 hours early-warning notice of hazardous weather event cut the ensuing damage by 30 per cent, investing in #earlywarningforall in developing countries could considerably alleviate claims for #lossanddamage !

The tricky attribution of an extreme weather events to climate change (or not) will become a very very sensitive topic in the coming years (only sea level rise is indisputable)!
