Das BSI wurde als alleinige staatliche Zertifizierungsstelle gemäß der Verordnung (EU) 2019/881 (CSA) bei der Europäischen Kommission notifiziert. Das BSI darf Anträge von Herstellenden bearbeiten, die ein europäisches Cybersicherheitszertifikat für Produkte mit der Vertrauenswürdigkeitsstufe hoch entsprechend der #EUCC-DV erteilt bekommen wollen.
