It's almost obvious that Orban's Hungary (probably advised by the Russian military delegation) is preparing a false flag attack on its own territory, and will publicly pretend that Ukraine attacked them.

The aim is to enter in an open confrontation with Ukraine, end up having real Hungarian casualties because of it, turning Ukraine into a really hated enemy for the public opinion, and thus winning the elections (as he is the candidate of the anti-Ukrainian hate).

Trump probably plans to betray very badly European allies. Likely by dropping completely Ukraine, or even by providing military support to Russia.

In his mind NATO does not exist anymore. Is just a liability at this point. This is why Trumps sees the Denmark ownership of Greenland as a threat rather than (as NATO would have granted) an asset.

And at this point, Greenland being owned by Denmark could rather be a security guarantee for Europe, if Trump's US was to become a real enemy.

It's just that, with Canada much closer to the US, there's no real need to fret about Greenland like that.

Or, is Canada "already nothing" in Trump's mind?

Anyways, some commentators say that we should not over-rationalize Trump's actions, because he's just a very old toddler.

Putin and Xi were discussing long-life and medical advances to extend lifespan (it's actually called gerontology, as a field).
And they have a genuine interest in that.

So... we should not fear a nuclear reaction from them (that they threaten), at any time.
As nuclear hazards are radically opposed to the likelihood of a healthy aging. Yes, even when it's at thousands of kilometers.

So, that is the final and definitive end of any plausible nuclear fear-mongering from the side of Russia, China (and US too in that camp by the way, through MAGA's unhinged warnings of "possible apocalypse" and so on).
