The new season of their extraction shooter turned into a disaster: free weekends, simplified progression, better matchmaking, even a PvE mode, NOTHING worked. Concurrent players crashed to 12k, free-to-play conversion is zero. The game is losing to ancient Destiny 2. Embarrassing.
