EJC 2024 in Ovar was wonderful!
Highlights were:
- meeting Katy after the opening show in the city. Spending time with her at the beach and the convention
- getting to know Didac and Teresa and spending time with them and their portuguese friends and training with them
- seeing Carlo Cerato perform
Lows were:
- I catched covid-19 probably at the bar tent the last night of the convention

First time at juggling in an age (to say goodbye to many Bristol jugglers). All three of my Henry's pirouettes cracked (the bulbs) when dropped. They were twenty years old and must have not liked where I had stored them.
It will be next summer before I can get them repaired at #EJC2024, but I may get myself some new ones for Christmas and use these as spares - putting them into semi-retirement.
