Deed of the day. Brought the #VideoGenieI #EG3003 back to life. Pretty simple, only replaced the #Z80 CPU. Error with scrambeled chars on screen was the same, with or without CPU.

The #EACA #Genie-I #EG3003 runs fine with it's new self soldered keyboard cable. The keyboard itself was putted into the dish washer.

Yes I know, I'm slow but accurate. Barely an hour later I now have a new keyboard flex cable for the #VideoGenie #EG3003 with new connectors. Now just solder the socket into the mainboard and hopefully everything will work again on Saturday. It had dropouts on some rows of keys, but the key switches have been measured as good.
