2 Inner Gate
The inner gate used to be barred, but the fastener rusted and the goblins haven’t repaired it. It’s heavy enough to take an action to open. If the goblins are alert and manning the murder holes, any character between the two gates takes 1d4 damage from dropped rocks, shivs, and other garbage after their turn. Plus the goblins in the guard posts could fire arrows through the slits.

I like the idea that they don’t use the underground sections, but dump their garbage and occasional prisoners down the trapdoor to feed some giant spiders that live down there.

EXTENDED! This new Dyson's Delves Bundle presents hundreds of hand-drawn maps by master cartographer Dyson Logos suitable for tabletop fantasy roleplaying games. Famous in the Old School Revival community for his distinctive crosshatching style, Dyson has drawn maps for publishers including Wizards of the Coast (Candlekeep Mysteries, Glory of the Giants), Kobold Press, and dozens more. He's released more than a thousand maps and dozens of adventures free on his Dyson's Dodecahedron blog (funded by his successful Patreon campaign). The maps are unlabeled and (usually) in printer-friendly black-and-white. Many maps include gridded and no-grid versions. Most of them are provided in both .PDF and in high-res .PNG image files for use with VTTs (virtual tabletops) like Roll20 and Owlbear Rodeo.
I've had good results using https://tabletopaudio.com/ for my own games, running it on my phone connected to small Bluetooth speakers for ambient music.
Also made decent use of https://www.obsidianportal.com/ before, which has a pretty approachable system for setting up wikis.
I'm a fan of Dyson's maps as well - https://dysonlogos.blog/maps/ but your mileage may vary.
@dysonlogos corrected my map after realizing that I used the preview images which created scaling issues. Also fixed two places I used duplicate tiles.
Any imperfections are my lazy cut and paste skills.
Now I’m ready for my Bloodwraith game tonight.

Infinite Crypt
My Bloodwraith group wants to go treasure hunting in a nearby ancient tomb. It’s going to be too large for them to fully explore.
When they search a reasonable spot, they’ll find something on 20+ on a d20. I’ll start a tally and add +1 to the roll for each consecutive nothing result since the previous find.
Between each searchable spot, I’ll roll the same for encounters. Separate tally.
Deeper sections will be 10+ on a d10.
Hunter’s Descent (a 5-room dungeon)
Lost ruins recently exposed through erosion... an old air shaft, ancient constructions, mysterious origins, and obviously once part of a much larger complex.
