Ontario's Integrity Commissioner, J. David Wake says its time to address an MPPs' ethics law which doesn't preclude an MPPs' extended family members from receiving gifts.

Wake also suggested that Ontario's lawmakers should consider broadening his authority to initiate official inquiries into MPPs.
