Jednak na terenach skolonizowanych w czasach prehistorycznych, gdzie migracje i kolonizacje odczytujemy z haplogrup i materiałów archeologicznych, fiksacja na "rdzenności" prowadzi do konfuzji czy wręcz nadużyć.

Być może potrzebna jest współczesna uniwersalizacja tej koncepcji: przywiązanie do prawa do „tutejszości”, tej konkretnej chorej planety, do tych kruchych ciał, do prawa godnego życia w dowolnym miejscu na planecie, nawet jeśli nieuniknione wstrząsy zmuszają nas do przeprowadzki. „Tutejszość” może być przenośna, wolna od nacjonalizmu, zakorzeniona w solidarności, szanująca prawa tubylców i nieograniczona granicami.
