Today on our walk, as we were waiting to cross the road, this dog cargo bike passed by. The rider of the bike shouted "so neat/tidy!", referring to how Desi was sitting. And I'm thinking to myself "Well, this is really a very sloppy heel. She can do much better!"

Makes sense though, a dog walker would have much different experiences and expectations. She'd probably be happy if she can get the dogs to stand still at all 🤣

Well it’s snowing outside, so to remind us of warmer days here’s a video of a summer cargo bike ride with our elderly Wheaten Terrier Alfie along the Monsal Trail in the Derbyshire Peak District. It is an 8.5 mile traffic free route from Blackwell Mill near Buxton to Bakewell following a section of the former Midland Railway's London to Manchester route.
