Hooray! The #PeakDistrict has been given government approval (and funding) for a trial run of public transport with regular, frequent, and connecting schedules inspired by Switzerland.

Even urban public transport in the UK is bad at connections. In the past, buses in the Peak District have been labelled as "connecting" with an hour's wait, no bench or shelter. This could be fantastic.
