This is EPHB4 autosomal dominant condition Capillary malformation-arteriovenous malformation

It is a HHT and RASA1 mimic so good job on the differential

bier spots seem more distinctive

You know what I've prescribed as a dermatologist in the last month? Yes, steroids, but also:

Rituximab
so many biologics
methotrexate
mycophenolate
dapsone
JAK-inhibitors
Oral Tacrolimus
Amitriptyline
IVIG

A reminder that derm is so much more than you think it is.
