Hey there dergs! Im a dragon trapped in a 31 year old human body (cant remember what I did to deserve it but here I am) anyway I am pretty decent at problem solving, computer touching, and i love software development in general. I have found it impossible thus far to get a job in software development or anything similar alongside it cyber security etc. I dont have much formal education im mainly self taught, but I am to a point where im pretty proud of some of my own coding projects and I have learned a LOT, I've been coding on my own since 2015 went through a boot camp through my local college in 2015, but never stopped learning about it and coding projects in my own time. Im pretty autistic and I have the autism where topics that others would find boring or hard to follow im interested in and feel easy to follow, but the things everyone finds easier like social interaction and working with others eludes me sometimes. I really would like to get into the IT field, I know AI has changed some things up but I also know its backfired in a lot of places. AI wasn't the drop in people replacement they thought it was. So I still havent given up hope that ill get in one day. Thats why I keep trying to stay up to date with new tech and new languages. But I feel like my time is running out, im not as young as I used to be. Does anyone think I still have a chance?
