So here's mine for today:

- continue creating a daily scope of work and winding down at the end of the day
- look into some tax things I need to sort out
- spend time enjoying the beautiful weather after work

Yesterday went pretty well, and today is shaping up to be headed in the same direction.

Setting up a separate, non-work profile on my laptop and removing work Slack from my phone seems like it has added enough friction to engaging with work until I'm ready. 🤞

On that note, trying to get back into the habit of sharing daily intentions.

Here's mine:
- Take a half hour break mid-day
- Start ramping down work at 1pm
- Give myself space to recharge

Crap, I didn't write my #DailyIntentions this morning.

You know the #ADHD is in full force when... 😕

A bit disappointed with how I spent the day yesterday: incredibly unfocused and all over the place. Even my schedule didn't help - I just ignored it.

Today's a new day, though, and my intentions are:
- write at least 400 words this morning
- set intentions before I start work
- read Growing Gills in the afternoon, before dinner

Didn't get any writing done yesterday, but given how tired I was feeling, that's okay.

My intentions for today are:
- work on a blog post in the morning
- take regular breaks from work to give my wrist a rest
