Good morning, friends!

I've been slowly wrestling back control of my focus and my life from my brain. An interesting side effect is that as I start establishing new routines and habits, I'm no longer waking up ready to go at 4:30am.

I guess my brain is like "well if I can't fixate on stuff, what's the point in getting up?"

🤷‍♂️ 😂

With that being said, one habit I'm trying to rebuild is sharing my daily intentions here.

So here's mine for today:

- continue creating a daily scope of work and winding down at the end of the day
- look into some tax things I need to sort out
- spend time enjoying the beautiful weather after work
