Some slight shade casted on the FAA, who approved the route.

Very much looks like an accident, the Blackhawk

  • Did not hear the direction from the AtC to specifically "go behind" the landing CRJ as their mic was keyed at that exact moment.
  • It seems that there were some discrepancies regarding the Blackhawks altitude. The route had a very small margin of error. 2a. The NTSB was seeing "conflicting information in the data" in regards to the Blackhawk's altitude which is why they did not release the altitude for the Blawkhawk yet. 2b. "The pilot flying indicated they were at 300 feet. The instructor pilotindicated they were at 400 feet. Neither pilot made a comment discussing analtitude discrepancy. At this time, we do not know why there is a discrepancybetween the two; the investigative team is exploring this."

    pero estos vídeos no son un análisis, son simplemente las comunicaciones de radio entre la torre y los pilotos antes, durante y tras la colisión. el vídeo está editado para que podáis oír los mensajes de distintas frecuencias en un mismo vídeo, pero por lo demás no está modificado: los mensajes, los silencios y las interferencias son los que son (#VASAviation lleva años haciendo esto, son unos cracks)
    el primer vídeo son las comunicaciones pero sin los mensajes provenientes del helicóptero (PAT25), ya que al ser militar usa una frecuencia propia. el segundo vídeo sí incluye los mensajes de PAT25.
