Just have to shout out to Leicester City Council employees, after all the flooding and cycle paths clogged with frozen silt, working hard today, to pressure wash them clean. Much appreciated by this #CycleCommuter Had to stop and thank them, praise their work... Another #CycleCommute benefit... TALKING to the workers making a difference!
ask DNAHappy to be on the #bike today. It's been too smoky from #bcwildfires and #albertawildfires. Still some #smoke on the prairies, but doesn't hurt to breathe today.
Just biked home in 39°C, 8 km. Made it, but that was gross and now I feel a little sick (and kinda dumb). May bite the bullet and take the bus tomorrow.
