I'm starting off Pride with an MM romance that drops today! I'm jumping in with book 2, and hopefully my library will get book 1!

🧛♂️ #currentread : "Lost Souls" - Poppy Z Brite (1992)
🧛♂️ Rezension in Arbeit:

My #currentread. Pictured here w/installation at the Halifax main library of paintings on old catalog cards. About halfway through - it's fascinating. A lot of this is remedial for me, but quite a bit is also new. I didn't know how totalitarian England was during the Napoleonic wars. Also for the first 2/3 of Austen's life, abortion was legal! O_o
