📝 Plot:
Based on the cult manga by Kazuo Koike and Ryoichi Ikegami, Crying Freeman follows Yo Hinomura, a Japanese potter hypnotized into becoming a deadly assassin for the Chinese mafia. After each kill he weeps uncontrollably, a sign of his inner torment. When a woman witnesses one of his executions and survives, a forbidden bond draws them into a violent world of crime, destiny, and love.
