The new Knives Out movie is striking in portraying an admirable, devout - flawed and struggling - Christian as the main character. Striking because I can't think of any other Hollywood film which portrays faith with the same sincerity and nuance, even in the middle of what is ultimately a schlocky genre film. Reckons?
🎬 Movie night gone confusing!
I couldn’t decide between Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, Nuremberg, or Eternity. Google explained them all, but that only made me more confused. Hungry and indecisive, I even called a friend—who suggested another movie!
In the end, I went with Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 on Soap2Day. Fun, easy, and perfect with snacks.
Has this ever happened to you? Choosing a movie feels harder than watching it sometimes.

looking for a fun film? i just watched *Polite Society* on Peacock and it was fun.
perfect for those of you who crave action, humor, and imagination.
This Christmas felt simple and meaningful. A few close friends gathered, we talked without rushing, shared food, and ended the night watching Eternity 2025 together. The story about love, memory, and choice felt especially fitting on a quiet holiday evening. We watched it on Soap2day, surrounded by soft lights and familiar faces. Moments like this remind me that the best celebrations don’t need gifts, only presence and time.

Nothing raunchy so far but pretty hilarious start to Super Troopers - tonight's solo #MovieNight watch
Yesterday we watched one of our favourite Christmas films – a real classic in our family (and for many others I know): A Christmas Story.
Tonight we followed it with A Christmas Story Christmas, the sequel… and it made for a very emotional evening. Our boy said he’d “run out of tears” and that it was the best sequel he’s ever seen.
It’s a really, truly wonderful film. It definitely hits harder if you know and love the original, but what a beautiful continuation of the story. 🎄❤️
