I dropped my guard and enjoyed the company. Enjoyed what made me happy.
Enjoyed who and what I am.
And in that moment, a long time ago, it felt right.

My fursona is just more slender than I am, and my shirt was dark brown instead of black, so the artist changed the color.

There are a lot of memories in this picture.
It was at one of the cons that I visited & somehow in that particular year, it felt almost perfect.
Lots of friends & lots of hugs!
It is based on a photo (I have that exact shirt, but I'm more heavyset than my sona) I took when I returned to my hotel room for a coffee and a glass of water.
After that I just entered the fray again.

Bittersweet, because it won't happen again that way.
But awesome memories to treasure.
