One of my course design goals this semester is to have all the course content assembled into a single PDF so that students and myself can have an archive of the class in one spot after the semester is over.
Since I use #emacs and org docs, I can write separate org files per assignment or reading item and either link to them directly on GitLab but also create an org file for the "book" and include the different pages, which I can then export to PDF.
