I dreamed I had moved to an apartment block in a Russian village, but then Putin moved in below me. So I had to move back to Germany. While doing so, I had to get back to the flat I had lived in one last time to get some final works done. But I forgot what the village was called, my phone had turned off and I got lost in the dark by foot, without a jacket in the Russian countryside.

As of lately there seems to be a trend of new regulations and technologies aimed at curtailing or outright banning #openSource and the use of cryptography by the general public. (Which is a necessity for #cybersecurity )

To think that, back in the 00's, the discussion was about mandating the use of FOSS in the public administration, for transparency, cost reduction, and sovereignity.

We "the people", we are losing power at an alarming speed.
