Yesterday I headed down to San Diego in the midst of an atmospheric river, with my trusty CEB swag #yeti coffee mug (these are legit amazing), to attend the first part of #secretknock2023.

Big takeaways included reprogramming your brain to manifest change in your life and that the most successful people are the most available people because they never let a good opportunity go by. (I actually got comped this ticket and really lived up to that latter piece of advice.)
